You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Campaign and Collaboration Rules

Brands must provide clear campaign requirements, timelines, and budget expectations.

Creators must submit original work, respect deadlines, and comply with campaign instructions.

  • All campaign terms should be documented within the platform.
  • Both parties must communicate revisions and approvals transparently.
  • Deliverables must comply with platform policies and local laws.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payments and platform fees are processed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout or account plans.

Any refund handling, dispute process, or payout holds may depend on campaign status and verified evidence.

  • Platform service fees may apply to successful transactions.
  • Payout timing may vary depending on payment processor and region.
  • Chargeback abuse may result in account limitation or suspension.

5. Content, IP, and License Rights

You retain ownership of content you create, unless separate contractual terms transfer rights.

You grant SociaConnect a limited license to host and display content for platform operation, moderation, and promotional previews.

  • Do not upload infringing, illegal, or misleading material.
  • Campaign usage rights should be explicitly defined between brand and creator.
  • Repeated IP violations can result in account termination.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or attempt to abuse platform systems.

You may stop using the service at any time, but outstanding obligations and unresolved transactions may still apply.
